InDebted launches Comply as AI-driven collections outpaces traditional compliance

SYDNEY / NEW YORK — 25 March 2026 – InDebted, the global leader in AI-powered collections operating, today announced Comply, a new product that gives lenders, fintechs and enterprise creditors real-time control over compliance across their collections operations.

Comply makes the same compliance infrastructure that powers InDebted’s first and third-party collections solutions available as a standalone API product, enabling businesses to embed compliance directly into their own systems and workflows.

The launch represents a broader shift for InDebted, marking the first step towards opening up its collections infrastructure as standalone products, for businesses to build and scale their own operations on the same technology that powers InDebted globally.

Built to protect scaling modern collections

As businesses scale customer communications across more channels, higher volumes and new markets, maintaining consistent compliance is becoming increasingly complex. The adoption of AI-driven communications is accelerating both the speed and variability of customer interactions, creating a gap that traditional compliance approaches, built on manual review, sampling and post-send monitoring, cannot close.

Comply addresses this challenge by giving organisations greater control over compliance across three areas:

  1. Firewall: Evaluates outbound communications before they are sent, aligning with regulatory requirements
  2. Audit: Monitors and analyses communications at scale, surfacing potential issues with clear explanations and audit trails
  3. Safeguard: Detects and escalate signals of customer vulnerability with regulatory context

Compliance that runs on sampling and after-the-fact checks was built for a world where communications moved slowly," said Josh Foreman, Founder and CEO of InDebted. “That world is gone. Comply brings the same infrastructure we run across eight markets to any business that needs compliance to operate at the speed of AI.”

Production-proven across eight markets

Comply is the same compliance engine InDebted runs in production across the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico and the UAE.

The infrastructure processes millions of customer interactions every month, applying jurisdiction-specific rules, generating audit trails and supporting compliance across both first and third-party collections environments.

“When AI systems are generating communications at scale, compliance needs to operate at the same speed,” said Pierre Bergamin, Chief Technology Officer at InDebted. “That means structured rules, real-time evaluation and decisions that are explainable - not black-box outputs or manual review processes.”
